Ingredients for 3 min Mango Mug Cake
- › oats 15g
- › Vanilla Whey Protein 20g
- › Egg White 1
- › Mango 60g
- › Stevia , Baking Powder
- › Milk 10g
Method
1. In a wide mouth cup or bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix
2. Mash Mango and add it in dry mixture along with egg white and milk . Give a good whisk so no lumps are formed
3. Keep the cup/bowl in microwave for 90sec and your cake is ready
