Ingredients

Chicken - 150 g

Cheese - 40 g (Mozzarella or any other)

Spinach - 100 g

Jeera powder - 1/4 Tsp

Pepper - 1/2 Tsp

Salt - To taste

Some onion & garlic powder to this would be great.

Oil - 5 g

Method

Step 1

Blanche, steam or saute the spinach, so that the quantity reduces by a lot.

Step 2

Mince the chicken, to that add the fine cheese, spinach & the spices.

Step 3

Take the oil in a pan, roll the minced chicken into balls & cook them on the pan, otherwise make balls out of the minced chicken & brush oil onto it & airfry it to get a crunchy texture.
