Ingredients for 3 Chilli's Prawn
- › Prawn
- › Red Capsicum
- › Green Capsicum
- › Yellow Capsicum
- › Green Chillies
- › Tomato Puree
- › Chilli Flakes
- › Mustard Oil
- › spring onion
Method
1. Take 200 gm small prawn and cut into small pieces , marinate with salt, lime juice & chilli powder
2. cut all capsicums in cube , smear with salt and chilli powder. Grill them in batches for 10 minutes
3. saute the prawn in oil untill cooked
4. add all vegetables both raw and grilled and add the tomato puree and cook in low flame
5. add brunt crisp garlic and chilli Flakes in the end
