Ingredients

  • listcheck150 gm prawns
  • listcheck4 Garlic Cloves
  • listcheck1/2 inch Ginger
  • listcheck1 tsp Soya sauce
  • listcheck4-5 stalks of fresh corriander
  • listcheck1 tsp Chilly powder
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheck2 stalks spring onion
  • listcheckCooking oil spray for coating
  • listcheck2 tsp lemon juice
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Except prawns and lemon juice take rest of the ingredients into a blender and make a fine paste.
  • Step-2
    Pour the prepared marinade on cleant prawns and leave to marinate for 15 mins.
  • Step-3
    Coat a baking tray with some cooking spray and distribute the marinated prawns evenly. Grill for 3 mins each side.
  • Step-4
    Plate the prawns hot sprinkle lemon juice and enjoy.
