How to make & aaloo paneer tikki

Step-1

boil the potatoes

Step-2

take the boiled potatoes and cool them down

Step-3

mix boiled potatoes with paneer, onions and dry spices like jeera powder, chilli powder, corriander powder.

Step-4

Add salt as per your taste

Step-5

Add some chopped fresh mint and corriander leaves

Step-6

Form a nice dough of this mixture, do not kneed it

Step-7

Take some dough and make lemon size balls

Step-8

gently press the balls in shape of tikki

Step-9

slightly grease the non stick pan and make it hot

Step-10

once the pan is hot add your tikkis and cook them each side for around 2 mins until you see a nice brown color on the top

Step-11

alternatively you can also use air fryer to cook your tikkis
