Whey and egg whites fill these pancakes with a double dose of protein while banana gives it that sweet taste. Inspite of perfectly fitting your macros it tastes so sinful that it feels you've had a cheat meal. Perfect for a breakfast or a pre-workout meal with some coffee.

Ingredients

  • listcheck1 scoop whey protein
  • listcheck150g banana mashed
  • listcheck5 egg whites
  • listcheckPinch of baking powder
  • listcheck1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • listcheck1-2g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder(Optional)
  • listcheck5g Olive Oil for greasing the pan
  • listcheckStevia sachet
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix all of the ingredients together using either a blender or just a whisk to make the pancake batter.
  • Step-2
    Place a frying pan on the stove on low to medium heat and spray/brush it with oil.
  • Step-3
    Once the pan is hot enough,pour the pancake batter into the frying pan and cover it with a lid.
  • Step-4
    After a few minutes,bubbles will start forming on the surface of the pancake. Once the entire surface is covered with these bubbles it's ready to be flipped.
  • Step-5
    Another few minutes on the other side to take it off the pan. Garnish with some bananas or a calorie free syrup of your choice.
