I was finally allowed 15gms peanuts last week and hence instead of having them plain i decided to make the butter out of it. It tastes best when paired with the bread or a fruit. I have made a batch that will last me for 6-7 days.

Ingredients

  • listcheck100gms Peanut
  • listcheck10gms Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Roast 100 gms peanuts and separate the nuts from the skin.
  • Step-2
    Add the 10gms Cocoa powder, salt and the Roasted peanuts to a blender
  • Step-3
    Blend till it's nice and in a thin liquid form
  • Step-4
    Peanuts leave their oil making the mixture a liquid one. Hence there's no need to add oil
  • Step-5
    Voila. Enjoy it with the bread or banana or apple as per the nutrition requirements.
