It is a very simple & quick dessert recipe that is prepared from flattened rice/beaten rice. It is one of my favourites recipes which requires no cooking skills & can be prepared within a few mins. It is a substitute for curd rice & ideal recipe for kids, toddlers. This was my favourite dessert which I was having during my competition due to lack of time. This was my pre-workout meal. Prepare it now & thank me later😃

Ingredients

  • listcheckPoha 50gms
  • listcheckWhey protein 1scoop
  • listcheckCurd 200gms
  • listcheckDry fruits 10gms
  • listcheck2 Almonds, 2 Cashew, 4Raisins
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind Poha in the blender to powder form. Keep it dry don't soak it in water.
  • Step-2
    Mix 1scoop of whey well with the powdered Poha
  • Step-3
    Add 200gms of Curd to the above dry mixture.
  • Step-4
    Add Dry fruits, Almonds, Cashew & Raisins to enhance the taste.
  • Step-5
    Mix everything well & serve it chilled.
