Step-1Marinade Preperation : Mix 1tsp yoghurt, chilly powder, pepper, ginger garlic, kasuri methi, salt in a blender or by whisking them together.
Step-2Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate for min 30 mins or overnight. Making a few gashes over the chicken pieces before marination would help infuse the flavours better.
Step-3Grill in an oven at 210 degrees for 30 mins or more.
Step-4Yoghurt Dip : Take rest of the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in finely chopped fresh mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.
