How to make & All Protein Tikki

Step-1

1-Grind raw soya chunks, ginger ,garlic & green chilli

Step-2

2-Add paneer & knead

Step-3

3-Add besan / rice flour for binding

Step-4

4-Add water slowly, till you can nicely bind the mixture

Step-5

5-Cut cheese cube into smaller pieces

Step-6

6-stuff cheese pieces in the center & roll Tikki

Step-7

7-coat sesame seeds on tikkis

Step-8

8- heat nonstick pan & brush oil

Step-9

9-shallow fry tikkis

Step-10

10- serve with mint corriander chutney or homemade tomato ketchup
