Quick fix... mixed vegetables,lemon rice made in one pot...!!

Ingredients

  • listcheckRice 50 grams
  • listcheckLemon juice
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckTempering
  • listcheckGhee 10 grams
  • listcheckMixed vegetables 1 cup( I used carrot and green peas frozen)
  • listcheckGreen chili 1
  • listcheckPepper powder 1 pinch (optional)
  • listcheckCoriander powder 1 tsp(optional)
  • listcheckTurmeric 1 pinch
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat ghee in a pan add tempering, hing and let it splutter now add chopped vegetables
  • Step-2
    Sauté it and let it cook for few minutes add salt and turmeric
  • Step-3
    Now add the washed and rinsed rice and fry for a minute
  • Step-4
    Add water and let it cook until all the water evaporates
  • Step-5
    Mean while squeeze lemon and collect juice in a bowl
  • Step-6
    After the rice cooked and no water remaining add the lemon juice and have it enjoy the easy healthy recipe...!
