Step-1step 1 soak soya granules in hot water
Step-2step 2 wash and cut green methi
Step-3put oil in pan, then garlic
Step-4add chopped onion and cook until it will become traslusent
Step-5add tomato methi and cook for some time, then add sqeezed soya granules and cover for 5 min.
Step-6serve hot or take in tiffin as lunch sabji
