Ingredients

  • listcheckBroad beans 1 cup
  • listcheckTomato 1 medium
  • listcheckGreen Chili 1
  • listcheckMedium Onion 1/2
  • listcheckGaram masala 1tbsp
  • listcheckGhee 10 grams
  • listcheckRaw rice 50 grams
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat ghee in a pan add chopped onion, green chili and sauté it for few minutes
  • Step-2
    Add salt,turmeric and ginger garlic paste and sauté it
  • Step-3
    Now add beans,tomato, garam masala to it and sauté it for few minutes
  • Step-4
    Now add water and add rice to it when the water boiling.
  • Step-5
    Mix it well and place a lid and let it cook for few minutes until the rice cooks and water evaporates
  • Step-6
    Add some chopped coriander and serve hot
