Ingredients

  • listcheckGhia / Lauki (100 gms)
  • listcheckMilk (100 ml)
  • listcheckGhee (7 gms)
  • listcheckElaichi (1 or 2)
  • listcheckStevia (as per taste)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grade lauki and put it in a kadai at high flame.
  • Step-2
    Add milk and bring to boil
  • Step-3
    Lower the flame and cook till milk dries out.
  • Step-4
    Add Stevia and Elaichi and mix
  • Step-5
    Add ghee
  • Step-6
    Have it while hot
