I was craving big time for junk and I wanted to eat a burger badly. I messaged my mentor that I am going to have it and he said a strict no and then kind of motivated me to try something else and I instantly decided to make this. I pleaded him to allow me having a little ketchup and he did. I had a super busy day and almost all the food from my diet was pending. I loaded this with everything and it turned out to be amazing!

Ingredients

  • listcheckBread (120 gms)
  • listcheckBoiled Potato (180 gms)
  • listcheckToor Dal (30 gms)
  • listcheckCheese (20 gms)
  • listcheckPaneer (100 gms)
  • listcheckTomato (30 gms)
  • listcheckKetchup (5 gms)
  • listcheckGhee (5 gms)
  • listcheckDhaniya and Green Chilli
  • listcheckSalt, Red Chilli Powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boiled Potato Mix : Mash boiled potato and add masalas as per your choice. Also add dhaniya and green chilli. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Step-2
    Roasted Dal : Roast the already soaked dal in a pan with salt and red chilli powder in a pan to make it crunchy and keep this aside as well.
  • Step-3
    Take a slice of Bread and spread some ketchup.
  • Step-4
    Spread the boiled potato mix over it.
  • Step-5
    Sprinkle the rosted dal and cover it with a slice of paneer.
  • Step-6
    Put tomato slices over it and put a little cheese.
  • Step-7
    Cover this with a slice of bread.
  • Step-8
    Now toast this sandwich in a toaster / sandwich maker. My toaster was not working and hence i made this in appam maker.

    I had this with diet coke to suppress my cravings. :)
