Step-1Boil chickpeas with whole spices
Step-2In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger and chilli to it. Cook it for 60-90 sec and then add spinach to it.
Step-3After 1-2, add all the powdered spices and cook them for around 50-60 sec
Step-4Add puréed tomato to it and let it cook for 3-4 min.
Step-5Add boiled chickpeas and mash them a little.
Step-6Cook everything together for 3-4 min and serve hot with rice or chapatis
