How to make & Methi Paneer

Step-1

1. Take ghee in pan and add cumin seeds. 2 Add ginger garlic paste and saute. 3. Add methi leaves and cover.Keep it on medium flame. 4.Once cooked add paneer.Cook it covered for 1 min . 5.Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and cook for 1 min. 6.Take curd and Whisk it nicely.. Add it in paneer mixture and mix nicely. Switch of the flame. Methi Paneer is ready.... Enjoy🙂
