Ingredients : *Rice *Paneer /Tofu (veg) *Salmon /Chicken /Prawns or any meat of your choice (for Non-veg) *Basic masala for marination and curd. *lettuce or kale or choice of green leafy veges *choice of sauce here I took honey mustard fat free(not calorie free 😁) sauce. *slice of cheese *1-2 tsp oil *salt Method: *cut Paneer into round shape. *Marinate the Paneer and leave it aside as long as you want. *same procedure for non-veg items too. *now spread the dry bread crumbs on top of the patties. *spread a bit of egg and again spread bread crumbs. Repeat for the other side as well. *shallow fry patties both the sides on medium heat. *leave it aside. *take rice as per macros /need. *cook the rice such a way that it is neither watery not dry.. *let the rice cool down. *now take a bowl, place cling wrap and place rice on top of the wrap. *seal the wrap. *adjust/spread the rice around the bowl evenly with 👐. *now press the rice with another bowl to make it firm and give a desired shape. *slowly take out the wrap and shallow fry this rice bun of medium heat in little oil. *be very gentle while you turn it around. *Bun is ready *Patty is ready.. *Now assemble everything.
