Just want to use every kind of vegetables and make tasty rice daily. So trying to make rear combinations. Some times experiments can fail but,this experiment is a biggest hit 😋😍

Ingredients

  • listcheckOkra 200 grams (chopped in to small round pieces)
  • listcheckRoasted chana dal 1 tbsp
  • listcheckDried coconut 1 inch square
  • listcheckGarlic cloves 2
  • listcheckRed chili powder 1 tbsp
  • listcheckRice raw 50 grams
  • listcheckBasic tempering
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckTurmeric
  • listcheckGhee 10 grams
  • Method

  • Step-1
    To make curry powder dry roast these all ingredients together garlic,chana dal,coconut and grind it into coarse powder and mix red chili powder in to it keep it a side
  • Step-2
    Take a pan add tempering along with ghee and add okra pieces and fry it until lo the okra get cooked well
  • Step-3
    Now add the curry powder to this and sauté until every okra piece get coated with curry powder
  • Step-4
    Now add the cooked rice to this and mix it well on low flame for about 3 minutes and your okra rice is ready to eat 😋
