Ingredients

  • listcheckOats :15 g
  • listcheckSoya granules:15 g
  • listcheckGhee/ oil / butter : 2 g
  • listcheckCurd : 100 g
  • listcheckPomegranate seeds:40 g
  • listcheckAlmonds: 5( optional)
  • listcheckRaisins:10 ( optional)
  • listcheckStevia or erythytol
  • listcheckBoiled potato : 50 g
  • listcheckChat masala
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckRed chilli powder
  • listcheckMint coriander chutney
  • listcheckBlack pepper powder
  • listcheckJeera powder
  • listcheckMint leaves , coriander leaves
  • listcheckChopped cucumber tomato ( optional)
  • listcheckLemon juice

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Lightly brush nonstick pan with ghee/ butter/ oil
  • Step-2
    Roast raw oats & raw soya granules
  • Step-3
    Sprinkle some salt & jeera powder on them
  • Step-4
    Whisk curd with small pinch of salt and stevia ( consistency like lassi,,)
  • Step-5
    Prepare mint coriander chutney ( mint leaves + coriander leaves + 1 small green chilli + 1-2 pods of garlic + salt + half tsp lemon juice)
  • Step-6
    Divide roasted oats,soya granules in two portions and Arrange alternate layers
  • Step-7
    First layer oats ,granules,almonds, black raisins
  • Step-8
    Then cucumber tomato, sweetened curd ,mint coriander chutney, pomegranate seeds
  • Step-9
    Top it with boiled potato sprinkled with salt , chaat masala, black pepper powder
  • Step-10
    Add curd , mint chutney , pomegranate seeds
  • Step-11
    Keep in refrigerator if you like it cold Choice of ingredients is totally up to you, you can add or delete as per your macros
