Step-11.rinse and then soak 100gm chickpeas for 8 to 9 hours in enough water.
2. Add 2 tbsp ghee on pressure cooker .when it is hot enough add 30 gm onions paste ,tomato paste ,and 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste.
3. Next add all the spices ( turmeric,salt,cumin )
4.Add drained chickpeas
5. Add 2 cups of hot water. stir very well.
6. pressure cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a medium to high flame till the chickpeas are cooked well. The chickpeas should have a melt in the mouth consistency.
7.Add 2 to 3 green chilies and coriander
8.Mix very well. check the taste of gravy and add more salt, garam masala
