How to make & Green Beans Fried Rice (Serve 2)

Step-1

First cut and clean the chicken and marinate it with salt and pepper powder for about 5 minutes.

Step-2

Beat the egg in a bowl and fry it in a pan adding 5gm butter. cook it until it's golden brown on both sides. let it cool down and then, cut it into small pieces using kitchen scissors.

Step-3

In the same pan, add chicken and some water and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Step-4

Meanwhile, in a pan add remaining butter and cumin seeds and let it crackle for sometime. Afterwards, add the beans (clean and cut into small pieces), cabbage and capsicum. let it saute for sometime. Add all the dry spices and saute for another 2 minutes.

Step-5

Once the chicken is done, shred it and add to the above mixture along with egg omlet.

Step-6

In a deep pan, boil the rice for 7 minutes and then rinse it with cold water.

Step-7

Add rice and mix it well. lastly, simmer it for 5 minutes.

Step-8

Garnish with celery or spring onion and Enjoy!
