Good Evening Healthy People, I am not pasta person but what do you do when you have cheese and egg left out of your chart for the day. Ahha, make pasta using these two ingredients. You heard it right low carbs pasta made with egg yolk and mozzarella cheese.. And teamed up with schezwan chutney, poor chutney my saviour. whenever I don't want to cook elaborately that's when I use it and it just taste awesome.. #Ketopasta #Lowcarbpasta 1cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 egg yolk Schezwan chutney and spring onion greens for garnishing. Method : *Microwave the cheese for 30-40 seconds, if required do it again but in the batches of 10 seconds. *now add egg yolk. *mix well and make a dough as shown in the picture. *if you find dough is not firming up again microwave in a batch of 10 seconds. *let it cool down. *now spread parchment paper on both the sides of the dough. *roll it with rolling pin or spread with hands. *cut into stripes. *let it sit in the fridge until it becomes solid and slight colour will change. *now boil the water and add these pastas to the water. *within 1-2 minutes pastas will roll up on the water surface. *drain the water. *take pasta to the serving dish. *add schezwan chutney and spring onion greens. *or you can add choice of suated vegetables *voila....
