How to make & wheat yogurt cake πŸŽ‚πŸ°

Step-1

Take a bowl and beat the eggs until it forms foam

Step-2

Add stevia,butter, 1 cup yogurt,vanilla essence and beat thoroughly

Step-3

Now add the dry ingredients wheat flour,baking powder and mix them well until it forms a little thicker than pouring consistency (if needed add some water to get the right consistency)

Now take a baking pan (I parchment paper instead of using butter to reduce calories) make it ready in your own way and pour the batter in to it

Mean while pre heat the oven at 180 degrees foreign heat

Step-6

Now put the cake battered baking tray in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees (this might change according to oven)

Step-7

Best thing to is check the cake for every 10 to 15 minutes use a fork 🍴 or knife πŸ”ͺ or a toothpick to see the cake cooked or not

This time I did baked my cake in air fryer at 325 degrees foreign heat for about 15 to 20 minutes

Now for the topping take a bowl add 1/2 cup of hung yogurt or Greek yogurt and add a pinch of salt and 1/2 cup of stevia and beat it well until it becomes soft and smooth

Now you can decorate your cake in your own way using this yogurt topping
