100 gms boneless chicken 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp chicken masala powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 2 tsp ghee or butter salt as per taste 1 cup water coriander leaves. wash chicken pieces, add salt & keep aside Take a pressure cooker. add ghee. add onion. let it cook till brown. add tomato, ginger garlic paste, little salt & other spices. cook well for 7-10 minutes into a smooth paste. add water & chicken pieces. after few minutes cook for 3 whistles. garnish coriander leaves & serve with steamed rice.
