Step-1Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Marinate with salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, chicken tikka masala and yogurt. Add few drops of oil and mix well. Keep aside atleast for 10 minutes. Airfry at 200 deg for 8 minutes or till cooked well.
Step-2Slice mushrooms thinly. Heat rest of the oil and add mushrooms once hot. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Saute till cooked well.
Step-3Boil water in a small pot. Cut broccoli into florets. Add the broccoli pieces into the boiling water and boil till it is cooked well (Around 5 mins). Drain the water and season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice.
Step-4Cut cucumber, cherry tomato and lettuce. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Step-5Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy!
