I love Sabudana and thus I was super happy when my mentor confirmed that I can have it as a substitute of rice. This food is love! Also it took me hardly anytime to prepare this! So if you are a lazy cook and want to pamper your taste buds, this is for you!

Ingredients

  • listcheckSabudana (120 gms)
  • listcheckBoiled Potato (1 medium : 90 gms)
  • listcheckGreen Peas (60 gms)
  • listcheckOlive Oil (15 gms)
  • listcheckJeera
  • listcheckGreen Chilli
  • listcheckCurry leaves
  • listcheckSalt (as per Taste)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil potato, peal it and cut in small cubes
  • Step-2
    Take oil in a pan. Add jeera green chillies and Curry leaves. Cook for half a minute
  • Step-3
    Add potato cubes and cook for a minute.
  • Step-4
    Then add green peas and let it cook for sometime.
  • Step-5
    Add salt. and mix
  • Step-6
    Add Sabudana and mix. Remember to soak sabudana for atleast 3 to 4 hours before cooking. I left it soaked overnight.
  • Step-7
    I choose it have it with boiled eggs as it adds taste to the eggs.
