Soya "Powerhouse of protein" for Vegetarians! Make it a little saucy to add more spice to it! Boil 50gms soya chunks, keep it aside. In a pan, add 10gms ghee/butter, add boiled soya chunks and saute it in slow flame till it turns brown. Add salt and black pepper, soya sauce and a tsp of tomato ketchup. Cook for another 2 mins and it is ready to searve hot.
