Mackerel fish fry

When you are bored of eating the same food every day. You can try the substitutes or try different recipes which can make your diet interesting and yummy. All you need to know is little cooking. Fish fry ------------ Ingredients: 345 grams of fish 15 grams of ghee Chilly powder, ginger garlic, tumeric, salt and garam masala. Steps: 1)Pre-heat the non stick pan and ghee to a good temperature. 2) Mix chilly powder,garam masala, salt,ginger garlic and tumeric in a separate plate with little water. 3) Dip the fish in the mixture and then place it on the non stick pack which is already hot. 4) Fry each side for 5 mins and its done.
