  • listcheckegg white 3
  • listcheckamul cheese slice 20 gm
  • listcheckful gobhi 100 gm
  • listcheckonion 25 gm
  • listcheckgreen chili 2
  • listchecktomato 50 gm
  • listcheckOrgano to taste
  • listcheckblack salt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    - heat butter and put chili and onion in it and add slightly boiled gobhi in it. - mix egg, egg white with Organo and black salt. -mix till it starts foaming. -pore the mixture on vaggies which are now slightly roasted. -garnish with tomato and cheese slice and cover for 5-7 min at medium flame.
