  • listcheckEgg -1
  • listcheckTomato puréed - 100 g
  • listcheckOnion - 50 g
  • listcheckOil - 5 g
  • listcheckMaize Flour - 15 g
  • listcheckMultigrain Flour - 10 g
  • listcheckMushroom - 200 g
  • listcheckSweetener of choice - 1 tsp
  • listcheckDark Soy sauce - 1.5 tsp
  • listcheckVinegar- 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckChopped green chilli - 1 tsp or as per taste
  • listcheckChopped ginger - 1 tsp or as per taste
  • listcheckChopped garlic - 1 tsp or as per taste
  • listcheckSalt and pepper as per taste
  • listcheckRed chilli powder as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a bowl mix beat egg with salt, black pepper, Maize flour and multigrain flour
  • Step-2
    Add mushrooms to the mixture and mix it well
  • Step-3
    Grill them in a preheated oven for 10 min at 180 C and then 5-10 min at 200 C
  • Step-4
    In a pan, heat oil and add chopped chilli, garlic and garlic. Cook it for 50-60 sec and then add chopped onion to it.cook it for another 2-3 min
  • Step-5
    Add puréed tomato to it and add soy sauce, vinegar and sweetener. Cook it for 6-7 min
  • Step-6
    Add air fried mushrooms to it. Cook everything together for few min
