Shredded cauliflower is perhaps one of the best discoveries in the quest to keep portions quantified and macros within goal!

Ingredients

  • listcheckShredded Cauliflower (100 gm)
  • listcheckRice (30 gm)
  • listcheckVegetables of choice - beans, carrots, onion (100 gm)
  • listcheckMinced Ginger garlic
  • listcheckGreen chilli
  • listcheckPaneer (25 gm)
  • listcheckGhee/Olive oil (10 gm)
  • listcheckCumin and salt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Microwave shredded cauliflower, covered with a pierced cling film for 4 min on high. Let it cool - squeeze in a cheese cloth to drain the liquid from steaming. heat ghee or oil - add ginger garlic, green chilli, onions, vegetables - sauté until lightly done. Add salt and add cauliflower - cook on high for couple of minutes. Add cooked white rice and paneer cubes. mix everything and add garnish with chopped coriander!
