Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya Granules - 40 g
  • listcheckTomato -200g
  • listcheckOnion - 50 g
  • listcheckRed chilli as per taste
  • listcheckBlack pepper powder as per taste
  • listcheckOregano mix as per taste
  • listcheckWheat pasta -50g
  • listcheckHandful of chopped coriander leaves
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a pan boil pasta with little bit of salt until cooked properly. Remove water once cooked
  • Step-2
    In another pan boil soya granules for 2-3 min and remove water
  • Step-3
    In the same pan add finely chopped onion, tomato, red chilli, salt, pepper and boiled soya granules together . Cook this for around 8-10 min on medium low heat
  • Step-4
    Add oregano mix and handful of chopped coriander leaves to it
  • Step-5
    Add pasta to the above mix and let it cook for 2 min. Pasta is ready
