Step-1Boil dal upto two whistles. This step is not required if dal was soaked for about 2-3 hours
Step-2Add chicken in the same pressure cooker along with salt and spices. Boil it with dal upto two whistles.
Step-3Take out the chicken and cut it into the pieces and put it back to the pressure cooker. Cook this without lid until excess water is evaporated
Step-4Remove cardamom and cinnamon stick, grind the mix and add chopped coriander leaves and chilli to it
Step-5Shape it in the form of kebab and fry it on low heat
