Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken Breast - 150 g
  • listcheckChana Dal - 50g
  • listcheckOnion -50g
  • listcheckOil -10
  • listcheckHandful of chopped coriander leaves
  • listcheckChopped green chilli as per taste
  • listcheckCinnamon stick - 1 inch
  • listcheckGarlic - 10 cloves
  • listcheckBlack cardamom-1
  • listcheckBlack pepper kernels - 2
  • listcheckCumin and coriander seeds - 1 tsp each
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil dal upto two whistles. This step is not required if dal was soaked for about 2-3 hours
  • Step-2
    Add chicken in the same pressure cooker along with salt and spices. Boil it with dal upto two whistles.
  • Step-3
    Take out the chicken and cut it into the pieces and put it back to the pressure cooker. Cook this without lid until excess water is evaporated
  • Step-4
    Remove cardamom and cinnamon stick, grind the mix and add chopped coriander leaves and chilli to it
  • Step-5
    Shape it in the form of kebab and fry it on low heat
