Chicken Salad is a full protein dish, which is very healthy, tasty and easy to cook. We can have it in lunch or dinner as a full course meal.

Ingredients

  • listcheckchicken breast raw 450g
  • listchecklemon 1 piece
  • listcheckginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • listchecksalt 1 tbsp
  • listcheckBlack pepper 1 tbsp
  • listcheckOregano 1tbsp
  • listcheckChili powder 1 tbsp
  • listcheckOlive oil 10g
  • listcheckOnion 30g
  • listcheckCucumber 100g
  • listcheckLettuce raw 100g
  • listcheckGreen olive slices 4 tbsp
  • listcheckcheese slice1
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1)Wash the chicken breast and coat it with the raw lemon, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, and other spices nicely and leave it for 10 mins. 2)Heat the pan on high flame and add 10g olive oil, when the oil is hot enough add the marinated chicken and cook it on low flame for 20 mins. 3)On a plate add the 100gm chopped lettuce, cucumber, onion, olive slices in a decorative way. 4)Once the chicken is cooked, place it over the salad nicely and your dish is ready to serve. Add grated cheese on the dish add salt or pepper if you like. Serve it hot.
