Ingredients

  • listcheckDefatted Soya flour - 40gm
  • listcheckWheat flour - 20gm
  • listcheckSaffron food colour - a pinch
  • listcheckSalt- a pinch
  • listcheckWater as required
  • listcheckRose water - 2 tbsp
  • listcheckAny artificial sweetener- as per the taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a bowl, mix soya flour, wheat flour, salt and saffron colour. Slowly add water and whisk it nicely.
  • Step-2
    The batter must be more watery similar to that of dosa.
  • Step-3
    In a pan, brush some ghee and pour the batter and spread it nicely.
  • Step-4
    Let it roast on both sides until it's golden brown. It should get out on its own
  • Step-5
    In other pan, add water and sweetener tablets and bring it to boil. Simmer it for sometime and let it cool down. Afterwards add rose water.
  • Step-6
    In a plate, put malpua or crepe and spoon the sweet syrup over it. You can make layers out of it. Garnish it with almonds. Binge on within your calories!
