Step-1In a bowl, mix soya flour, wheat flour, salt and saffron colour. Slowly add water and whisk it nicely.
Step-2The batter must be more watery similar to that of dosa.
Step-3In a pan, brush some ghee and pour the batter and spread it nicely.
Step-4Let it roast on both sides until it's golden brown. It should get out on its own
Step-5In other pan, add water and sweetener tablets and bring it to boil. Simmer it for sometime and let it cool down. Afterwards add rose water.
Step-6In a plate, put malpua or crepe and spoon the sweet syrup over it. You can make layers out of it. Garnish it with almonds. Binge on within your calories!
