Who doesn't love waffles!

Ingredients

  • listcheckWheat flour 120g
  • listcheckEgg 1
  • listcheckCurd 30g (make buttermilk that comes to 80ml)
  • listcheckButter 10g
  • listcheckCinnamon powder 2tsp
  • listcheckStevia 2tsp
  • listcheckSalt 1tsp
  • listcheckBaking powder 1tsp
  • listcheckVanilla essense 2-3 drops
  • listcheckFor topping:
  • listcheckPeanut butter 30ml
  • listcheckAlmonds 2 pieces
  • listcheckPista 2 pieces
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Whisk flour, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Step-2
    Beat egg, butter, stevia, buttermilk and vanilla essence drops in a separate bowl.
  • Step-3
    Add the egg mixture into flour bowl and mix until no lumps are formed.
  • Step-4
    Preheat waffle maker. And pour the batter equally.
  • Step-5
    Let them cook until golden brown (mine didn't exactly turn out golden but a bit).
  • Step-6
    Made 4 waffles from this mixture.
  • Step-7
    Take them on a plate and garnish with your favorite toppings.
  • Step-8
    I used peanut butter and distributed equally into 8 squares of each waffle.
  • Step-9
    Grate finely almonds and pista all over.
  • Step-10
    Serve them while hot.
  • Step-11
    P.S didn't count calories for finely grated almond and pista.
