There was Rajma chawal cooked a day before and this extra boiled rajma was kept in refrigerator. I took that Rajma and tried to experiment with it. As in winter you get this Radish and Green onions in abundance and that too fresh. So made this dish for a after breakfast meal. It's indeed a good dish to accomodate for your protein intake per day.

Ingredients

  • listcheckBoiled Rajma - 1 Cup
  • listcheckRadish (Grated) - 2 medium sized
  • listcheckTomato - 1 large size
  • listcheckGreen Onions -3 to 4
  • listcheckRock Salt for Taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Soak the Rajma overnight in water, in morning drain the water and cook the Rajma in a pressure cooker till it gets soft. Take Tomato, wash it and chop it in to small pieces. Take Radish and grate it Take green onions and chop it in to small pieces. Take one bowl add Rajma in to it, then add the above ingredients. Sprinkle salt on it as per taste or requirement.
