How to make & Broccoli rice

Step-1

Cook the rice and set it separately

Step-2

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,dried red chili, chopped ginger garlic and sauté it a little bit

Step-3

Add broccoli to the tempering add salt, turmeric and sauté it for two minutes. Place a lid and let it cook for few minutes until the broccoli cooked and becomes soft

Step-4

Now add the chili powder and sauté it well

Step-5

Now add the rice and mix well and switch off the flame and add some lemon juice

Step-6

Broccoli rice is ready to eat
