How to make & Malai kofta using appe pan

Step-1

Make paste of 4 cashews , tomato, fresh coconut ,Kashmiri chilli powder and 10 g paneer

Step-2

Mash boiled potato with paneer

Step-3

Add a pinch of salt & stevia to paneer potato mixture

Step-4

Chop almonds & raisins

Step-5

Make 4-5 balls of potato paneer mixture & stuff almonds,raisins mixture in the centre

Step-6

Heat appe pan , brush ghee & fry kofta nicely

Step-7

In karahi brush ghee , add shahi jeera ,onion Stir fry till golden

Step-8

Add tomato, cashew paste , keep stirring

Step-9

Add salt , cardamom powder,kasuri methi , stevia/ sugar ( half tsp )

Step-10

Add koftas & cook for 2-3 mins

Step-11

Garnish with beaten curd or cream
