Home made ihop garden fresh omelet but indanised version... 😍

Ingredients

  • listcheckEggs 2
  • listcheckBell pepper (of different colors) 1 cup sliced
  • listcheckTomato 1/2 diced
  • listcheckOnion 1/2 diced
  • listcheckButter 5 grams
  • listcheckRomanian lettuce 1/4 cup (chopped )
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckRed chili powder 1 pinch( for omelet )
  • listcheckRed chili powder 1/2 tsp (for vegetables)
  • listcheckTurmeric 2 pinch’s
  • listcheckTomato ketchup 1 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a bowl add some salt, red chili powder,a pinch of turmeric,water and beat it
  • Step-2
    Now add eggs and beat it well and make an omelet
  • Step-3
    When you turn the omelet upside down to to cook other side then add cheese, and vegetables mix and fold it into half and serve
  • Step-4
    For vegetables mix take a pan heat and melt some better add all the diced vegetables and sauté it until all the vegetables becomes soft then add salt and red chili powder and sauté it a bit again for a minute when the vegetables cooked and well coated with chili powder switch of the flame take the vegetables mix a side and use it on omelet
  • Step-5
    I added fresh Romanian lettuce uncooked to enhance the taste
  • Step-6
    Also I added some tomato ketchup to embellish the dish
