Ingredients

  • listcheckKidney Beans - 60 g
  • listcheckFlour - 60 g
  • listcheckOnion -50 g
  • listcheckTomato purée- 100 g
  • listcheckOil -5 g
  • listcheckSalt, Pepper, and other spices as per your taste
  • listcheckGarlic cloves - 3
  • listcheckGreen chilli - 1
  • listcheckCoriander leaves
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil overnight soaked kidney beans with salt for about 10-15 min
  • Step-2
    Knead the flour and make 2 chapatis out of it
  • Step-3
    In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli & onion. Cook it for a min and add tomato purée to it. Let it cook for 2-4 min
  • Step-4
    Add boiled kidney beans, salt, black pepper and little bit of pizza mix herbs. Let it cook for another 2-3 min. Mash the beans a little and let it cook until excess water is evaporated
  • Step-5
    Add handful of chopped coriander leaves
  • Step-6
    Stuff the chapatis with the above mix and vegetables of your choice. I had only Carrot and onion, but we can use lettuce, sprouts etc.
