Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken Breast (150g) - Boiled and Shredded
  • listcheckOnion -60
  • listcheckRice - 40 g
  • listcheckTomato -100 g
  • listcheckOil -5g
  • listcheckCarrot -50g
  • listcheckSoy Sauce - 1 tsp
  • listcheckRed chilli -4 or as per taste
  • listcheckCapsicum-50g
  • listcheckGinger - 1 inch
  • listcheckVinegar- 1/4 tsp
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckSweetener of your choice - 1 or 1/2 tsp depending on type of sweetener
  • listcheckGarlic -10 cloves
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind tomato, 5 cloves of garlic, half of the ginger, red chilli and 30 g of onion into a Chucky mix
  • Step-2
    In a panw heat 5 g oil and add finely chopped pieces of remaining garlic and ginger. Let it cook until, garlic turn to golden brown colour.
  • Step-3
    Add tomato mix, soy sauce, vinegar, sweetener and little bit of salt to the pan. Let it cook for sometime (2-4 min)
  • Step-4
    Add finely chopped pieces of onion, carrot and capsicum. Let it cook for 1-2 min.
  • Step-5
    Add shredded chicken and rice to it. Mix it well and add any salt if needed. Let it cook for a min and enjoy of Schezwan chicken rice
