How to make & spicy garlic lo mein noodles

Step-1

Take a big cooking bowl and add some water, salt and boil it

Step-2

When water boils add the noodles and let it cook for 10 minutes

Step-3

Mean while take a hot pan or wok and add the ghee and add the ginger, garlic, onion, bell pepper and salt and sauté it for few minutes

Step-4

When noodles where done ‘al dente’ drain the water and run some cool water on to cooked noodles

Step-5

Now in wok when the vegetables starts to soften add the sauces and sauté and add the cooked noodles and sauté it with a fork spoons until all the noodles grab the sauces

Step-6

Now finish of the dish by adding some chopped spring onions

And your noodles are ready to eat enjoy the taste 😊
