Wheat as noodles... yum 😋 I took zucchini wheat noodles to make my stomach and tongue stay happy 😊

Ingredients

  • listcheckGhee 5 grams
  • listcheckWheat and zucchini noodles-50 grams
  • listcheckBell pepper 1 1/2 (three colors slices)
  • listcheckGinger and garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • listcheckMedium Onion 1/2(slices )
  • listcheckSzechuan sauce 1 tsp
  • listcheckChili garlic sauce 1 tsp
  • listcheckSpring onions 2 strands
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take a big cooking bowl and add some water, salt and boil it
  • Step-2
    When water boils add the noodles and let it cook for 10 minutes
  • Step-3
    Mean while take a hot pan or wok and add the ghee and add the ginger, garlic, onion, bell pepper and salt and sauté it for few minutes
  • Step-4
    When noodles where done ‘al dente’ drain the water and run some cool water on to cooked noodles
  • Step-5
    Now in wok when the vegetables starts to soften add the sauces and sauté and add the cooked noodles and sauté it with a fork spoons until all the noodles grab the sauces
  • Step-6
    Now finish of the dish by adding some chopped spring onions
  • Step-7
    And your noodles are ready to eat enjoy the taste 😊
