Protein packed and easy to make recipe

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya Granules coasely grounded -50 g
  • listcheckGram Flour - 50 g
  • listcheckGhee/oil -10g
  • listcheckCurd -80g
  • listcheckMustard Seeds -1/3 tsp
  • listcheckGreen chillies as per taste
  • listcheckBaking powder -1/4 tsp
  • listcheckTurmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil soya and get rid of excess water. Let it cool for sometime
  • Step-2
    After that, add other ingredients except chilli,mustard seeds and oil
  • Step-3
    Grease the pan and pour mixture into it. Steam it for 15-25 min until you get a clean toothpick on pricking the dhokla
  • Step-4
    Let it cool for sometime before cutting into the pieces or you will end up breaking all the pieces like I did
  • Step-5
    Add tempering of rye and green chillies
