After a long day and tiring day. I was tired to cook 75gms of paneer at 11pm. Hence I decided to replace it with 3 Slices of Cheese and made cheese chips. To my surprise (I'm someone who doesn't like cheese) they taste so well.

Ingredients

  • listcheckCheese Slices - 3
  • listcheckButter - 2gms
  • listcheckPeri Peri Spice
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckChilliflakes
  • listcheckOregano or Mixed Herbs
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1. Heat the pan on low flame for 5 mins
  • Step-2
    2. Spread the Butter on the Pan
  • Step-3
    3. Cut the cheese slices into strips and place them on the pan
  • Step-4
    4. Sprinkle the salt and the spices on the cheese
  • Step-5
    5. Slowly take off the cheese from the pan and place it in the plate. the cheese hardens once it cools down
