When we don’t have time to chop the vegetables make a dish which is easy, tasty and healthy. Actually this is a recipe shared by a friend who lives in France but this an improvised version for her recipe

Ingredients

  • listcheckRaw Rice 60grams
  • listcheckCumin seeds
  • listcheckMustard seeds
  • listcheckDried red chili
  • listcheckCurry leafs
  • listcheckGinger and garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • listcheckGreen chili 2
  • listcheckMedium size Onion 1/2
  • listcheckTurmeric
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckWhole garam masala 1/2 tbsp
  • listcheckChili powder 1/4 tbsp
  • listcheckLemon 1(juice)
  • listcheckCilantro
  • listcheckMint leafs
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil and cook the rice separately
  • Step-2
    Take a pan add the tempering and then add chopped ginger and garlic sauter it and add chopped onions and sauté it again
  • Step-3
    Add salt, turmeric and add green chili, mint,cilantro
  • Step-4
    Now add the garam masala, chili powder and saute it a bit
  • Step-5
    Now add the cooked rice and mix it well then add the lemon juice and take it in to a plate serve hot
