Making soya interesting every day is always in my mind So I find different ways to make it palatable, this was successful

Ingredients

  • listcheckSpinach leaves -100 g
  • listcheckSoya chunks -40 g
  • listcheckRice flour / wheat flour -5 g
  • listcheckGarlic finely chopped -5 pods
  • listcheckGinger finely shredded -1/2 inch
  • listcheckChilli green finely chopped-1 light green
  • listcheckPaneer/ cheese cube -10 g for garnishing
  • listcheckOil/ butter/ghee - 5 g
  • listcheckJeera - one pinch
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste- half tsp
  • listcheckCardamom powder-1 pinch
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil soya chunks in water with salt & half tsp ginger garlic paste Cool & squeeze extra water
  • Step-2
    Blanch spinach leaves , remove water
  • Step-3
    Grind blanched spinach with rice / wheat flour
  • Step-4
    Heat oil/ ghee /butter in a pan
  • Step-5
    Add jeera , garlic , ginger,chilli
  • Step-6
    After it is golden add spinach paste, salt & keep stirring
  • Step-7
    Add soya chunks
  • Step-8
    Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder
  • Step-9
    Garnish with shredded cheese or paneer Enjoyyyy
