Step-1Preheat the oven to 300°C and grease the baking dish with butter.
Step-2In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, whey, milk, vanilla extract, lemon zest, chocolate syrup until frothy.
Step-3Roast oats and chopped almonds until little crisp and add in to the mixture. Stir well and cut and fold until evenly combined
Step-4Next, fold in apple slices and pomegranate (or any fruit of your choice)
Step-5Transfer the oats mixture to the baking dish and bake it at 180°C for about 30 minutes or it's golden brown and center is set.
Step-6After that, cool it down and cut 6 pieces out of it. You can store it in refrigerator upto one week and reheat it when you want to eat!
