How to make & Chicken patties Curry

Step-1

Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces and grind it in the mixer and keep aside.

Step-2

Now grind the onion in the mixer and transfer into muslin cloth and squeeze out all the water. Make sure it's dry.

Step-3

Shift in minced chicken, onion and all dry spices and grind again. Make the paste out of it.

Step-4

Take some oil in your palm and roll the ball out of it. You can give patty shape as well as I have done.

Step-5

With the remaining oil, fry the chicken patties until it's golden brown on both sides and take it in a plate.

Step-6

In the same pan, add chopped tomatoes and jalapeno slices and saute for sometime.

Step-7

Now add curd and red chilly powder and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Step-8

Finally, add the chicken balls and little water and cook it on low to medium flame for about 5 minutes.

Step-9

In a plate, first arrange the patties and top it with the gravy and garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
